Nothing in life is free is good for any dog whether it has a behavior issue or not. It is great for preventing behavior issues and can be great for aggression problems

The instant "lie down" and "sit" that dogs who are on NILIF develop is also handy when you take herding lessons or do obedience. Good for the agility table also. Don't ask how I learned this.
